Shop Terms & Conditions
We work multiple print-on-demand specialists to fulfil the printing and delivery of our apparel, accessories and homeware designs.
Printing on-demand - Due to the nature of on-demand services, if you order multiple items, they may be fulfilled individually by multiple printing facilities and are likely to be delivered at different times.
Sizing - We endeavour to provide accurate sizing descriptions for all apparel items. Most items are true to size, however if an item runs small or large, we will state this detail in the product description.
Product and print colours - Garment and product colours are shown as a guide. Note that the colour of products and printed graphics may look different in person. This is due to varying screen calibration, and individual screen settings for resolution and brightness.
Pricing - The price of our products have been carefully considered to cover the essential costs of production and allow us to make a fair and reasonable margin.
Returns, refunds and exchanges - Due to the nature of printing on-demand, we have a strict no refunds policy. Please contact us before returning any products as we do not refund orders. Exchanges are offered at our discretion if a product has a major defect.
In the rate event that a product has a major defect or the print quality is visibly low, we will be happy to provide an exchange. Any claims for misprinted/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of the date that the product(s) were received.
Delivery & Shipments - International delivery is available and shipping fees do apply. At the time of purchase, if there is option to choose tracked shipping, we highly recommend that you choose tracking to be able to follow the your shipment progress until delivery. Note that tracked shipping is available for some, but not all items in our shop.
In the rare event that your order is not delivered, lost or damaged in transit, and where applicable, tracking provides no clear details or cause. All claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will work with the relevant print specialists to investigate and resolve your order as quickly as possible.
If it is reported that an order has not been received, however, the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address. We would not cover the cost of reshipping the order.
Returned to sender - Couriers return packages to us if the address is deemed undeliverable. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused at the delivery address.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned back to the print facility. Reshipment costs will be charged to you once we have confirmed an updated address.
Unclaimed items - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the print facility, reshipment costs will be charged to you..
